Do I need a POS system?
No. You can add products from your phone and update stock manually. If you use Square POS, imaly can also sync your inventory automatically.
Is there a time limit on the Free plan?
No, the Free plan is available forever with no time limits. No credit card registration is required.
How do I add the link to my social profile?
Copy your store page URL from imaly and paste it in the "Website" field in your Instagram, LINE, or other social profile settings. You can also add it to Linktree or similar services.
How are notifications delivered?
When the inventory status changes for a product that a customer has added to their favorites, notifications are automatically delivered via browser push notifications or email. No app download required.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. Plan cancellation is available from the admin panel, and you can continue using your current plan until the next billing date. After that, you will be moved to the Free plan. If you delete your account entirely, all data is immediately erased. No prorated refunds are provided in either case.
What kind of stores is this for?
